How do I get help making, changing or canceling an order?

How long does it take for my gift card to be delivered?
eCards
Immediately! As soon as your order is paid, a notification email is sent to the eCard recipient notifying them they have an eCard from you. Clicking on the link in this notification email will allow them to see their customized eCard.
Printable PDF cards
Immediately! Once your order is paid you will see an online receipt and you will also be sent an email receipt. Both of these receipts have links to download the appropriate PDF card which can then be printed on your printer at home. An additional link to the free Adobe Reader is also available in case you are not able to view the PDF file.
Printed cards
Your printed gift card will take up to 7 – 10 business days to reach recipients within the US and a week to 10 – 15 business days to reach recipients in other countries. Since cards are handled by the US Postal Service, be aware that during peak periods of holiday mail (generally between Thanksgiving and Christmas), there might be slight delays that we cannot control.
Once I've purchased a gift, what will the recipient receive?
For each item you select, we will send either a high-quality personalized printed gift card, a personalized eCard or you can download and print a PDF card on your home printer.
The front panel of the printed card and the PDF card shows a photograph of the item you selected and includes a caption. On the inside, there is information about the gift you selected and its importance to Oxfam America's work. The card also includes information about how your donation money is used. On the printed card the text of your personalized message is on the inside whereas the printable PDF card has a blank panel for you to hand write a message.
What if I want to give my Oxfam America Unwrapped gift card to the recipient directly?
Printable PDF cards
If you select this option you can print a card directly on your home printer, hand write a note and deliver the card yourself. No waiting!
Printed cards
Select your name from the "Ship To" pull-down menu on the card customization page. You can still enter a personalized gift message (or leave it blank if you prefer to add a handwritten message later). The card will be sent directly to the address on your profile.
What if I don’t have enough time to mail a card? Can I get a printed card shipped faster?
If you select an eCard it will be delivered immediately upon payment or if you select a printable PDF card, you can download and print the card immediately as well! Regrettably, we do not have a faster means of shipping our printed gift cards.

Oxfam America works in over 90 countries around the world. This catalog contains gift items that symbolically represent our work. The items selected represent project goals from grants disbursed by our seven global offices. The purchase of each gift item is a contribution toward Oxfam America's many programs, not a donation to a specific project or goal. Your donation will be used where it is needed the most—to help people living in poverty throughout the world.
